Overview

This 15 day Uganda safari package offers gratifying experiences of Uganda’s wildlife, primates and culture. This trip starts and ends in Kampala, but takes you on a journey to explore Uganda’s natural beauty.

Your trip starts with a visit to Jinja, for some adventurous white water rafting in Jinja, the source of the Nile. We’ll then head north towards Murchison Falls National Park, with a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to walk with the rhinos. We’ll continue to Murchison Falls where we can see many animals on classic game drives and boat cruises on the Nile.

After Murchison Falls, you will go to Kibale National Park where you can see chimpanzees in the wild and visit the nearby craters and caves. We shall then continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park for more game viewing, and tracking of tree climbing lions before going on to Bwindi Impenetrable.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is well known as a home for the endangered mountain gorillas, and you will be able to meet these gentle giants after a hike in the thick rainforest. You will spend 1 hour with the gorillas before heading back to the starting point.

You will then go to Lake Bunyonyi for a day of slowing down before heading to Lake Mburo National Park for some more wildlife, especially zebras. Your journey will continue to Kampala with a stopover at the equator line for some nostalgic photos and souvenirs.

This trip includes many engaging activities that make it ideal for both smaller and larger groups. Take a look at the day-by-day tour program so that you can get a better feel of how this kind of trip would flow for you.
