This 2-day Lake Mburo Safari takes you to Uganda’s most popular game park for seeing zebras in the wild. In Lake Mburo, you will get to see many animals, especially the big herds of zebras the park is famous for.
Located off the Kampala-Mbarara Highway, Lake Mburo is easy to reach and the closest national park to Kampala.
Your trip will leave Kampala and head west towards Lake Mburo via Masaka. You will have a stopover at the equator for some pictures and roadside snacks.
We shall reach Lake Mburo National Park in the afternoon – just in time for lunch. That evening, we shall go on the first game drive in the park and see the various wild animals.
You will have another game drive or boat cruise in Lake Mburo before saying your goodbyes and heading back to Kampala in the afternoon.
This Lake Mburo safari trip is perfect for a quick weekend getaway where you will enjoy the wildlife and come back relaxed to start off the next week of work.
As with all our safari packages, we can customize the program to fit your personal preferences. Lake Mburo can be visited on a longer safari that includes nearby national parks like Bwindi Impenetrable and Queen Elizabeth. Talk to us about crafting for you a custom safari package.
