Embogo Lodge – Queen Elizabeth N.P

Right in the middle of the unspoiled African Wilderness lies Embogo Lodge, a budget accommodation in the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park.

The lodge was established to enable the local neighborhood’s residents to live better lives. They contribute a portion of their earnings to the Kameme Devine Primary School.

Embogo Lodges has three rooms with wooden floors, volcanic stone finishes, and grass-thatched roofs. After a strenuous day in the forest, guests can relax on the private balcony found in each room.

The roars of the local fauna, the sound of crickets, and the melodious singing of nighttime birds add spice to the lodge’s nights.

The main building has several lounges with balconies where one may enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. In the multi-cuisine restaurant, savor your culinary treats and tickle your taste buds with their à la carte menu, or unwind with a drink of your choice from the fully equipped bar.

The lodge is located in a region where elephants, buffalo, and other wildlife enjoy hanging out. Buffalos can find relief from ticks and parasites in the mud-covered marshy areas surrounding the lodge.

Guests can take part in day trips and excursions in Queen Elizabeth National Park, including the Embogo Fish & Fry Experience, the Ishasha Wilderness Safari (lions that climb trees), the Kihihi Golf Course, the Bush Breakfast/Sunset Treat, the picnic along the Ntungwe River, the guided natural/village walk, the boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, and the Kyambura Gorge Chimpanzee Tracking.
