Kasenyi Safari Camp – Queen Elizabeth N.P

Kasenyi Safari Camp is located on the expansive savannah plains of Kasenyi, in the northern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. It has breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Rwenzori ranges since it is positioned on the edge of Lake Bunyampaka, a crater Salt Lake.

Take advantage of the roomy accommodations, unobstructed views of the surroundings, and the novelty of seeing the various animals that come to camp. There are 8 spacious tents with en-suite bathrooms in the lodge.

The thatched tents have individual decks where you may enjoy the scenery and drift off to sleep while listening to the sounds of the African bush. The night comes alive with the sounds of howling hyenas and roaring lions, as well as other animals that frequent the camp.

An armed guard will accompany you if you need to leave or enter your lodging tent to protect you from surprising predators.

The property’s most distinctive feature is the main lounge and eating room, which evokes African architecture while also immersing you in a modern African safari experience. The camp boasts a raised, airy, neatly thatched restaurant where visitors can eat while watching buffalo, elephants, waterbucks, and other animals graze the Kasenyi plains. Stop by the bar to sample a variety of drinks and unwind with your friends.

A wide variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, elephants, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, and hippos, can be seen in the area around Kasenyi Safari Camp. These animals also frequently visit this camp because it is located in a pristine wilderness area, thus guests who stay here will see a variety of creatures till the day they depart.

Visitors can take part in day and night game drives, nature walks, boat cruises on the Kazinga Channel, chimpanzee tracking in the Kyambura Gorge, visits to the Bakonzo and Basongora tribes, and bush breakfasts at views and water holes.
